Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Our crystal sphere is an electronic decorative product. Customers should follow all instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors before fulfilling an order.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in our shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays or customs processes.

Returns & Cancellation

For online purchases, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You may then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain legal exceptions can apply. Legislation.gov.uk

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about your online order, you generally have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. GOV.UK

Returned products should be in an appropriate condition and packaged securely.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Once a valid return is received, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Processing: Orders are normally processed within 1 business days.

Delivery: Estimated delivery is 11 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

⚠️ One VERY important point for your product

Because your sphere is an electronic product with USB charging and potentially a battery, don't simply copy a generic Shopify legal page and assume you're covered.

UK rules require electrical equipment placed on the Great Britain market to meet applicable safety requirements. Depending on the product and supply chain, you may need appropriate conformity assessment/marking, technical documentation, safety information and manufacturer/importer traceability. CE marking continues to be recognised for many products in Great Britain, alongside UKCA, subject to the applicable requirements. GOV.UK

So before selling the sphere in the UK, ask your supplier for:

  • CE/UKCA compliance documentation
  • Declaration of Conformity
  • Electrical safety/test reports
  • EMC compliance documentation
  • Manufacturer's name and address
  • UK importer details where applicable
  • Product/batch/serial identification
  • User instructions and safety warnings
  • Battery documentation if it contains a rechargeable battery

This is particularly important if you're importing the product from outside the UK. The UK electrical-equipment rules place specific responsibilities on importers and distributors.
